KJ served aboard the USS Missouri (BB-63) during the Desert Storm era, working in the dental department. Military service developed lessons in discipline, teamwork, communication, preparation, responsibility, and serving others.
Then Came Sales.
KJ entered automotive sales and learned customer communication, follow-up, negotiation, financing, credit, customer service, relationship building, and business development — then moved into dealership and business ownership.
